3 BPC projects totalling 11MWp in Botswana

  • AAAS is building three solar power projects in Charles Hill, Maun, and Kasane, Botswana, with a combined capacity of 11 MWp
  • Following financial close in 2025, construction is well underway, marking a key milestone toward clean energy delivery under a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with Botswana Power Corporation (BPC)
  • The projects are financed through debt funding from Absa Bank Botswana and equity investment from AAAS energy.
  • Once operational in early 2026, they will supply reliable renewable power to the national grid and support Botswana’s transition to a sustainable energy future.
